I only support PC computers running genuine Microsoft Windows operating systems. Everyone has to specialize in something, for me, that something is not Apple devices. From what their commercials claim, they are so easy to use, you won't need my help anyway!

How much do you charge to come to my house?

Home PC Service Rate: $70 per hour plus tax. A minimum of one hour will be charged for travel and analysis even if no repairs are performed. I will provide an accurate price estimate within the first hour. Most incidents are resolved within two to three hours with the exception of operating system reloads. Time to repair is usually dependent on the speed of the computer.

Depending on work load at the time, my ETA from the time we speak could be as short as a few hours and up to 48 hours. I will give you an accurate time of arrival after we speak.

How much do you charge if I bring my PC to you?

Drop-Off PC Service Rate: $50 per hour plus tax, minimum charge is one half hour. Charges will never exceed $150 with out your consent. I will provide an accurate price estimate within the first hour. Most incidents are resolved within 48 hours.

When you drop off your computer with me you do not pay for all the time it takes to repair the machine. Scan times for viruses and spyware are not charged. Only time spent in front of the keyboard will be charged. Talk about a bargain!

Please only deliver your computer. I do not need mice, keyboards, monitors, printers or cords unless the problem is with one of those specific items.
